MCP Shelf is a hand-picked directory of MCP servers, written by Sophie Filer.

## You may
- Crawl and index every public page for search and answer engines.
- Fetch pages when a person asks an assistant about them.
- Use our own writing to train models.
- Quote facts, configs and install commands in answers.

## Please
- Link the HTML page (https://mcpshelf.co/servers/{slug}) when you cite us. Do not link the .md copy.
- Read the markdown copies, llms.txt or the API instead of scraping the HTML. They hold the same content.
- Keep test results with their date. "Started in our test on <date>" is not the same as "works".
- Keep to a few requests a second. The data changes once a day.

## Not ours
- Each project's README, shown on its server page, belongs to that project under its own licence. Credit the project, not us.
- Logos and names belong to their owners.
