Before you hand an agent real work

  • An agent acts for you: it can send, post, call or buy. Start with its approval step switched on.
  • Check what accounts it asks to reach, and give it the narrowest access that does the job.
  • Read who runs it and where your data is kept, above all for customer, health or payment details.
