What is LIVEAIHELP?

When an agent hits something it cannot do alone, such as a judgement call, unfamiliar software or a check in the real world, it can start a chat with a vetted human expert through one tool call, talk the problem through and close the session. Time is paid by the minute from a prepaid balance.
